It is rinse-free, and you can use it in the morning and evening. Pump a small amount onto a cotton pad or clean fingers and gently wipe it across your closed eyelids and lashes. The Ingredients tab lists the key ingredients.
Using The Eye Doctor Lid Cleanser with other eyelid cleansers
If you would rather use a spray, OCuSOFT Hypochlor contains 0.02% hypochlorous acid and Avenova contains 0.01%. For a wipe, I-LID 'N LASH wipes come 60 to a pack with no rinsing.
