Who Should Check First
- Contains fish oil (omega-3) and borage oil (omega-6). If you're taking blood-thinning medication such as Warfarin, check with your doctor before use, as high doses of omega-3, omega-6 and vitamin E may increase bleeding risk.
- Not recommended during pregnancy.
- Not recommended for children under 18.
- As with any supplement, some people may be sensitive to individual ingredients.
How To Use
Initial Dose:
Three capsules/day, ideally taken with meals for the first 6 to 8 weeks.
Ongoing Dose: 2 or 3 capsules/day, ideally taken with meals and split between morning and afternoon.
These tablets need to be taken daily. We recommend purchasing them in 3, 6, or 12 packs so that you have enough to last between appointments with your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. You’ll also benefit from a bulk discount!
