How To Use
Gently clean your face and eyelids to remove dirt and makeup before use.
Moist Heat Therapy: Activate a blue Instants gel pack by clicking the internal metal disc until it crystallises and warms up. Tuck it into the goggle and wear for 15 minutes or as directed by your eye doctor.
Cold Therapy: Pre-chill a green Beads pack, then tuck it into the goggle and wear for 15 minutes or as directed by your eye doctor.
Care: Hand wash the white fabric pockets with mild soap and warm water after each use, rinse well, and air dry in the mesh bag provided.
